Eva Sundling is a partner in TM & Partners’ Banking and Finance practice. She specializes in financial regulation, loan- and acquisition financing, bonds, derivatives, asset financing such as leasing and hire-purchase as well as factoring.
Eva has extensive experience in advising regulated financial companies such as e.g. banks, payment service providers, e-money institutions, insurance companies, funds and securities companies regarding the regulatory framework, new activities and licenses. She also regularly advises on commercial contracts especially within the Fintech and e-commerce area. Eva has previously worked at another leading Swedish law firm and as a senior legal counsel at a bank and an international company within the payments service area.
