Ettore Botteselli is a leader in the Corporate and M&A practice at Martinelli Advogados. He advises domestic and international clients on complex corporate transactions for over 19 years, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and asset sales, with extensive experience in strategic transactions.

Botteselli has developed a strong track record assisting companies and investors across a variety of industries, providing strategic legal guidance throughout the entire transaction lifecycle. His work encompasses deal structuring, negotiation and implementation, always focusing on aligning legal strategies with clients’ business objectives.

In addition to his transactional work, Botteselli has solid experience in corporate structuring. He frequently advises clients on corporate reorganisations and governance matters, including spin-offs, mergers, incorporations and other complex corporate arrangements, as well as day-to-day corporate matters.

Personal

Graduated in Law from Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado (FAAP). Holds a Postgraduate Degree in Corporate Law from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV), a Master’s Degree in Commercial Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP), and a Postgraduate Degree in Corporate Finance from Universidade de Lisboa.
