Etigwe Uwa SAN, FCIArb is the Partner in charge of the Dispute Resolution Practice of the Firm. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1990 and is regarded as a fine litigator, whose reputation has been founded on intensive experience of the Nigerian court system at all levels. He has an established reputation as an authority on Nigerian aviation law.
Etigwe was conferred with the rank of a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (the equivalent of the Queen’s Counsel UK), in 2010.
Etigwe is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK and a member of the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators.
