Etan Mark’s practice primarily consists of complex commercial litigation matters in the federal and state courts throughout South Florida. In that capacity, Etan is involved as counsel in some of the most significant matters in South Florida today, including acting as lead counsel in a class action against Herbalife and counsel to one Defendant in a multi-billion dollar alleged civil racketeering lawsuit brought by a state-owned Venezuelan oil company. Trained at one of the top law firms before working as a federal law clerk in Miami, Etan co-founded his current firm based on a commitment to top tier client service, fee flexibility and collaboration. As a result of his deep relationships throughout the northeast, Etan is often fortunate enough to work as local counsel to many AmLaw 100 firms for their Florida matters. Etan is passionate about the future of the legal practice, and is committed to (appropriately) applying those trends to his practice.
Many of Etan’s cases touch either real estate or allegations of fraud. His representative clients include public and private companies, real estate developers, investors and owners, tech entrepreneurs, gaming operators, family offices, hotels and banks.
