After almost 30 years of practice at one of the largest international law firms, Baker McKenzie, and managing the disputes practice of the Miami Office of that same firm, Don’s practice has since been focused on cross border disputes, and he has confidence in advocating in both US courtrooms or before a myriad of international arbitration tribunals. His representative clients include both public and private companies and investors in both in-bound and out-bound ventures. He has been involved in a wide variety of class and multi-district litigations in the courts as well as a similar diversity of claims in his arbitration practice.
