In merger analysis, Ernesto stands out for his experience in comprehensive viability assessments and strategic interaction with regulatory agencies. He has participated in high-profile transactions, such as the acquisition of Twenty-First Century Fox by the Walt Disney Company, the purchase of MATTR’s pipe coating business by Tenaris, the acquisition of rights to the 2.5 GHz radio spectrum by Telcel, and multiple acquisitions by private equity funds.
