Practice Areas

As a member of our Intellectual Property & Technology practice Erkko advises clients in various technology and ICT projects, ICT system deliveries as well as in intellectual property (IP) and technology arrangements. He also advises clients on issues relating to data protection & privacy (especially relating to GDPR compliance and e-privacy matters), e-commerce, telecommunications, media, and marketing & consumer laws and practices. In addition, Erkko has been involved in several IP/ICT-driven M&A transactions, including advising clients in complex carve-out and separation arrangements and transitional services.

In 2015 and 2016, Erkko worked a five-month period as a Visiting Foreign Lawyer at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP in Washington D.C. and Los Angeles.
