Partner and Practice Head Erik Brändt Öfverholm is leading the Regulatory and Government Affairs practice group at DLA Piper in Sweden. Erik assists clients on all competition law-related matters, such as cross-border and domestic strategic merger control advice, litigation and matters before competition authorities, compliance, state aid and public procurement. Erik has experience of competition law from both the private sector and from the regulator and previously worked at the Swedish Competition Authority.
