Eric Zipkowitz is a respected real estate and construction attorney with more than 30 years of experience representing clients in the acquisition, financing, development, and construction of large-scale projects, including hotels, residential towers, office buildings, museums, sports/entertainment facilities, shopping centers, warehouses, and data centers.

Eric has lectured on construction-related topics at programs sponsored by the New York City Bar Association and the American Bar Association.

Highlights:

--Represented one of the country’s largest property owners and developers in the rehabilitation and construction of enhancements at several New York landmark buildings and tourist centers, numerous residential towers, as well as large-scale construction projects in India and China.

--Represented two East Coast art museums in their extensive renovations and expansions.

--Represented a professional sports franchise in the negotiation of architect’s and construction management agreements for a new, state-of-the-art stadium.
