Practice Areas
Enrique Garcia is the head of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice at Cannizzo. His practice focuses on real estate transactions, construction and EPC contracts, and government infrastructure contracts, including litigation and dispute resolution related to these areas. He advises both domestic and international clients on doing business and investing in Mexico, as well as on cross-border and multi-jurisdictional transactions and litigation/mediation actions.
He represents clients in a wide range of industries, including retail, hospitality, industrial, commercial and residential, construction and infrastructure, engineering procurement contract (EPC), manufacturing, digital and electronic services, government contracts, and government procurement, among others. These clients include multinational companies, private equity funds, and their portfolio companies.
