Emily Kapoor

Emily is a founding partner of Katz Partners. She has extensive experience across the spectrum of family law issues, with a particular focus on divorce and very high-value financial claims. She is a highly regarded litigator who has been involved in a number of major cases involving trusts, inherited wealth, offshore assets and family businesses. She also advises on all areas of private children law, including applications for injunctive relief and applications to re-locate internationally.

Emily trained and qualified at Withers, where she spent 10 years in its divorce and family department before joining Schillings in 2016 to work with Davina Katz.
