Emily Kalwak

Emily is a partner and joint head of our Cheadle office. She has supported people after serious and catastrophic injuries to successfully claim compensation since 2005.

Due to her experience in dealing with life-changing injury claims, Emily knows how important it is to get to know her clients to understand how she can support them and their family. She regularly meets clients face to face to update them and to better understand what their goals are and how she can help to achieve them.

Emily always fights for the best outcome, making sure all areas of a claim have been explored fully but sensitively to get the best results. She will try every possible course of action in a case to make sure injured people receive the highest amount of compensation to support them now and into the future.
