Emily’s recent focus has been on complex commercial litigation, regulatory advisory work and trusts litigation for a range of corporate clients, but she originally trained at a mixed practice firm so has experience of a wide range of contentious and non-contentious work. She qualified in the Isle of Man in 2019, having moved to the island in 2017, but previously worked for a number of years in the legal profession in England and Wales.
Emily won the Isle of Man Law Society’s George Johnson Law Essay Prize for three consecutive years from 2019 to 2021 and is currently Chair of the Junior Lawyers’ Association and a Council Member of the Isle of Man Law Society.
