Else Bugge Fougner

Else Bugge Fougner is a senior partner and works with employment law. She has considerable experience both as an investigator and as defense counsel for persons subject to investigation and prosecution.

Else has extensive litigation experience from all courts in civil and criminal law and has presented a large number of cases in the Supreme Court. Else’s practice includes extensive legal counseling to the corporate branch in both business and criminal law matters. Her counsel is based upon her background experience as chairman and board member from a wide range of different businesses, which include the chairman of the board at Kommunalbanken AS, Eksportkreditt Norge AS and a five-year period as deputy chair of the board of Kredittilsynet.
