Elodie Simon practices environmental, health, and safety law, focusing on industrial activities, crisis management, polluted sites, health risks associated with chemicals, food and consumer products, and liability issues under various French, European and international regulations. She represents clients in compliance investigations, regulatory enforcement actions and litigation matters before civil, administrative and criminal courts. She also handles environmental, health and safety issues in M&A and real estate transactions. Elodie has developed a very specific experience on REACH and other EU chemicals regulations (CLP, biocides, etc.), especially on PFAS. She regularly handles REACH enforcement procedures as well as ECHA Board of Appeal cases.
