• Advised the buyer consortium in the acquisition of Astakos Port.

• Advising Instashop (a grocery delivery app) in its acquisition from Delivery Hero SE.

• Advised the consortium of Sev.En Energy and GEK Terna on their bid for the acquisition of the two lignite units of the Public Power Corporation.

• Advised Taxibeat Limited (a ride-hailing app) on the acquisition by Intelligent Apps (Daimler Benz Group).

• Advised Online Delivery S.A (a food-delivery app) through its acquisition of Rocket Internet / Delivery Hero Group.

• Advised the Portuguese B.A. Vidro on the acquisition of Yioula Group of Companies, being the leading glasswork operator in Greece with business activities in Greece, Bulgaria, Romania and Serbia.

Project Development Deals & Cases

• Acting as legal expert in a consortium of selected experts by EBRD for the pre-feasibility of PPPs (including for the Ministry Park and the Biomedical Institute of the Academy of Athens).

• Acting as local legal advisor to Hellinikon SA in relation to the EPC contracts for Marina Tower.

• Advising the buyer consortium of Astakos Port in the redevelopment of the asset, including negotiation of the concession agreement and eligibility for strategic investments.

Career

Elisabeth currently leads the Project Development/ Startups and Innovation team of KG Law firm. Her area of expertise covers Corporate and M&As in the technology, real estate and infrastructure sectors, where she acts for buyer and seller sides, private equity investors (VCs and angels) in Greece and other jurisdictions. She also acts for lenders and IFIs as well as private sponsors in PPPs, and project finance transactions in energy and infrastructure, with a focus on diligence side, as well as drafting and negotiation of construction and operation contracts.
