Elisabeth currently leads the Project Development/ Startups and Innovation team of KG Law firm. Her area of expertise covers Corporate and M&As in the technology, real estate and infrastructure sectors, where she acts for buyer and seller sides, private equity investors (VCs and angels) in Greece and other jurisdictions. She also acts for lenders and IFIs as well as private sponsors in PPPs, and project finance transactions in energy and infrastructure, with a focus on diligence side, as well as drafting and negotiation of construction and operation contracts.
