Elisa is a partner and head of the corporate department of Bomfim Novis Advogados, with extensive national and international experience in Mergers and Acquisition operations – M&A, in Corporate Law, Capital Markets and Commercial and Financial Contracts.

Before becoming one of the founding partners of Bomfim Novis Advogados, she was associated with White & Case LLP, in New York (September 2005/May 2006) and was a Partner of Machado, Meyer, Sendacz and Opice Advogados, operating in São Paulo-SP and Salvador-BA (until Feb. 2012).

Elisa's experience includes legal advice for players from different economic sectors such as renewable energy, mining, health care, educational, maritime and hotel bussiness, providing legal support for structuring joint ventures, consortiums, corporate and equity restructuring, drafting and negotiation of contracts and commercial partnerships, financial and capital market operations involving different levels of complexity and local and cross-border demands. She assists families and companies in complex reorganizations and estate planning, also acting as mediator.
