Eléonore specializes in Intellectual Property Law and represents her clients before the French and EU Courts and before the French and EU trademark offices.
She advises them in all the IP aspects of their business activities, including in drafting their contracts and managing their IP rights.
Eléonore works more particularly for clients engaged in the in the field of cinema, production of entertainment, electronic commerce, apparel and fashion, luxury goods, travel and hotels, oil industry. She has developed specific experience on subjects that address both Trademark Law and Copyright Law.
Eléonore is a regular speaker at conferences on copyright and trademark law in France and abroad, such as at the Los Angeles Copyright Society (“How to keep content safe when it travels to the European Union and in particular France?”, or in Montreal (“ Copyright contracts as per EU Directive”).
She is the editor of the book "Genuine Use of Trademarks" in the AIPPI/Wolters Kluwer collection (two editions) and a lecturer at CEIPI (Centre d’Etudes Internationales de la Propriété Intellectuelle) in particular on trademark infringement actions.
Career
She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1997 and holds a certificate of specialization in Intellectual Property and in New Technologies, IT and communication law, awarded by the Paris Bar.
Partner of DTMV since 2005.

Eléonore is the Chair of the Programme Committee of AIPPI.
She is the former president of French Group of AIPPI and the former Chair of the Standing Committee on Trademarks of AIPPI.
