Agathe ZAJDELA

Agathe Zajdela focuses her practice on intellectual property law, with particular expertise in trademarks, copyright, designs and patents, both in advisory and contentious matters. She also has significant experience in unfair competition and parasitism claims, frequently handling cases where IP infringement overlaps with broader commercial misconduct.

She assists clients in structuring, protecting and enforcing their IP assets, with a strong emphasis on anti-counterfeiting strategies and complex contractual frameworks (franchise, distribution, licence, co-development and R&D agreements).

She regularly acts in infringement proceedings, unfair competition and parasitism litigation, seizure measures and cross-border enforcement actions, and advises on IP strategy in transactional contexts.

Admitted to the Bar in 2014, Agathe Zajdela is a Partner at DTMV, a French law firm dedicated to intellectual property and business law.

She began her career within the Intellectual Property and New Technologies team of Fidal in Paris, before joining DTMV, where she was appointed Of Counsel and subsequently Partner. Over more than a decade of practice, she has developed recognised expertise in both contentious and advisory IP matters.
