Agathe Zajdela focuses her practice on intellectual property law, with particular expertise in trademarks, copyright, designs and patents, both in advisory and contentious matters. She began her career within the Intellectual Property and New Technologies team of Fidal in Paris, before joining DTMV, where she was appointed Of Counsel and subsequently Partner. Over more than a decade of practice, she has developed recognised expertise in both contentious and advisory IP matters.
