Elaine Mandelbaum

Elaine Mandelbaum is General Counsel of Interactive Brokers LLC and Senior Vice President of IBG LLC, with responsibility for the group’s global legal team. She joined the business in 2019 after more than 20 years at Citigroup, most recently as Head of Litigation and Regulatory Investigations for its Institutional Clients Group, following earlier private-practice experience at Jones Day and Paul Weiss. Mandelbaum brings deep contentious and regulatory expertise to the legal leadership of a business operating at the intersection of global financial markets, technology and securities regulation.
