Einar Baldvin Árnason

Einar Baldvin Árnason is admitted to the Icelandic bar and holds a M.L.I. degree from University of Wisconsin.

Einar Baldvin has been involved in many of the largest M & A transactions in the Icelandic market in recent years. He routinely advises many of the largest Icelandic companies and investment funds in relation to corporate and commercial matters.

He has furthermore significant experience in advising banks in relation to acquisition financing and project financing. Einar Baldvin is, together with other partners in our Corporate and M&A team regarded as a leading corporate lawyers in Iceland. Einar Baldvin has been involved in many of the other larger restructuring projects in recent years, including the restructuring of several financial institutions, large retailers, oil company and airline.
