Ásgeir Ragnarsson is one of the founding partners of BBA//Fjeldco.  He has extensive experience in banking & finance, capital markets, mergers & acquisitions and commercial and company law.  Ásgeir is a qualified attorney both in Iceland and New York. Ásgeir regularly advises leading international corporations and financial institutions in corporate and commercial matters. He has also been a guest lecturer in corporate and commercial law at the University of Iceland and University of Reykjavik and a lecturer on international M&A for Euromoney in London
