Edwin Yow

Edwin Yow is a partner in our international finance practice.

Edwin provides expert advice on structuring and documenting bespoke and complex structured products that are issued off structured products programmes or in the form of over-the-counter derivative transactions and advising on, and drafting the rules relating to, proprietary indices or strategies created by clients. Edwin also assists clients in setting up, maintaining and updating their structured products programmes.

Edwin advises clients who create and manufacture structured products that provide investors exposure to non-mainstream investment strategies on all forms of asset classes including equities, bonds, indices, interest and currency rates and commodities.

Edwin also focuses on providing round-the-clock management of large volume structured products issuances by clients. This involves working closely with clients in structuring and devising template documentation, documenting each individual issuance and ensuring the timely issuance of these products.

Edwin is qualified in England & Wales.
