Edward is a partner in the Corporate Department and advises on matters of Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands law. He has a broad range of experience in asset and structured finance (including CLOs) and advises on all types of structures for commercial shipping and aviation assets as well as for superyachts and private jets. Ed is also regularly engaged to provide Cayman and BVI advice on general banking, capital markets and M&A transactions across a wide range of industry areas.
