Edward is the co-chair of Gibson Dunn's Investment Funds practice. He advises private investment funds, including private equity, hedge, real estate and distressed investment funds, and funds of funds in their organization, operation, regulatory compliance, and investment activities. Edward represents investment managers and sponsors of these funds, as well as institutional and seed investors and joint venture partners. He is particularly active in secondary private equity transactions, including both traditional as well as continuation funds and other GP-led liquidity solutions, and is also involved in M&A, financing and other transactions involving investment management firms.
