Eduardo’s insight into compliance also plays a critical role in supporting the firm’s transactional practice, helping ensure that strategic deals and corporate structures are executed efficiently and in line with applicable legal standards.
Career
Eduardo has executed litigation mandates for a wide range of clients for more than a decade and is a founding partner at Dayston. He holds a master’s degree in Taxation and currently serves as a professor of Administrative and Customs Law at the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM).
