Edouard de Lamy

Edouard de Lamy is a partner in the Tax Department of Weil, Gotshal & Manges’ Paris office. His practice focuses on international and domestic taxation, with particular emphasis on the tax aspects of leveraged buy-outs and other M&A transactions, corporate reorganizations (for both public and private groups) as well as debt restructurings and other distressed situations. His expertise includes the tax structuring of transactions, investment and co-investment schemes, personal estate and income tax matters. He also regularly assists groups and individuals in their discussions with tax authorities.
