One of the founding partners and Partner of Fivers, Edoardo Guffanti began practicing in 1996 and co-founded Annunziata e Associati, where he was stayed until the foundation of FIVELEX Studio Legale e Tributario. He was a lecturer at Università Bocconi’s Master Course in Business Administration for 8 eight years and is the author of several legal publications.

He has often been appointed as an expert advisor in banking and finance litigation proceedings.

He was a member of ASSOSIM’s Collegio dei probiviri (ethics and disciplinary committee) and the former Chairman of the “Banks, financial intermediaries and insurance committee” of the Milan Order of Chartered Accountants, and arbitrator at CONSOB’s Chamber of Conciliation and Arbitration.
