Commercial property and construction including development and acquisition/disposal of shopping centres, commercial offices and industrial parks. Ed's practice is predominantly comprised of advice on procurement and contracting methodology, and the preparation and negotiation of construction contracts and professional appointments.

Ed commenced practice in London in 1994; moved to NZ in 1999, becoming a partner at Russell McVeagh in 2004. Ed acts for NZ and foreign institutional property investors and developers on large and complex commercial property transactions, developments and construction projects.
