Mr. Sung is a Managing Partner of LST&C Legal. He is experienced in civil dispute resolution and criminal dispute representation and defense, especially in the field of disputes over management rights in listed companies and related company law matters.

Mr. Sung assists his clients in drafting their property trust and equity agreements and establishing their internal audit and control system of listed companies. Mr. Sung also provides his clients with consultation services with respect to mergers and acquisitions cases, urban renewal and the renewal of dangerous and old houses matters, and the relevant laws and regulations thereof.
