Mr. Tseng is a Managing Partner of LST&C Legal. He is experienced in various types of litigations, especially in the field of family laws and the online gaming industry. His practice areas include general civil and criminal litigations, family law cases, tax cases related to family property, and adult guardianship cases. Mr. Tseng acted as a long-term legal counsel for many well-known companies and institutions, such as fitness franchise companies, online game companies, and software development companies.

Mr. Tseng also advises on the operation in medical institutions, the draft of long-term care policy, and the cyber security management safety rules. He constantly participates in conferences and research projects in several NGOs.

Mr. Tseng also serves on the visiting committee for medical institutions of the Ministry of Health and Welfare.
