Dounia Mansour’s practice focuses on issues related to the structuring, establishment and distribution of offshore and onshore investment funds (including DIFC, ADGM and SCA domiciled funds) across asset classes, especially, debt funds, infrastructure funds, private equity funds and real estate funds, as well as funds of funds, master-feeder and Shariah-compliant structures.
Ms. Mansour practice also includes fundraising on behalf of sponsors and/or fund managers, the negotiation of legal documentation on behalf of institutional investors (mainly sovereign funds, pension funds, development finance institutions and family offices) and the regulatory aspects of these operations in the Middle East and Europe.
