Dora is a Croatian attorney-at-law working in cooperation with Wolf Theiss. Dora specialises in corporate, M&A and employment law. She has significant experience in leading complex cross-border M&A projects and regularly advises both international and domestic clients on corporate and commercial matters. Dora's extensive experience with "social" and "governance" issues has also resulted in particular interest in the "S" and "G" elements of ESG. Dora is fluent in English and German, with a great interest in coaching and mentoring of young lawyers.
