Donna advises private individuals, companies, partnerships and financial institutions on a wide range of complex agricultural and property matters, including the sale of purchase of rural estates, farms and land, the grant and reservation of rights and covenants over land, farm business tenancies, agricultural holdings act tenancies, the resolution of title defects and first registration of land.
