Career

Partner, admitted in 1996. Donata has more than 25 years of experience in dispute resolution focused on banking and corporate litigation. Previously, she worked at Allen & Overy Luxembourg where she started her career in 1996. Donata specializes in banking and corporate litigation, including bank liability, insolvency proceedings, shareholders disputes and private international law cases. She also has significant experience in cross-border and international litigation. Donata is a member of the Civil Procedure Commission of the Luxembourg Bar Association and the vice-president of the Disciplinary and Administrative Council of Lawyers.
