Donald has an extensive track record in federal and state litigation, adeptly handling cases involving trade secrets and employment restrictive covenant agreements, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower claims, wage and hour disputes, Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) issues, Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) matters, wrongful discharge and tort claims, and breach of contract.
