Don Liu

Don Liu is Chief Legal Officer at Flutter Entertainment, where he sits on the executive committee and leads the legal function of the international sports betting and gaming group. He joined Flutter in 2025 following almost a decade at Target, where he served as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal and Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary, building on earlier GC roles at Xerox, Toll Brothers and IKON Office Solutions. Liu brings that extensive public-company and regulatory experience to Flutter at a significant point in its development, as the group deepens its presence in the United States following the shift of its primary listing to New York.
