Dominique Ménard practices in civil and commercial litigation, employment law, construction law and administrative law. Her diverse practice extends to seizures and injunctions, oppression remedies, shareholders’ disputes, estate litigation and class actions. She is experienced in handling disputes involving complex legal issues as well as advising businesses and public organizations.
Ms. Ménard has appeared before all Canadian courts, including the Supreme Court of Canada. She frequently represents clients in high-stakes domestic commercial litigations. Having been involved in a vast number of major judicial review applications, injunctions matters, complex trials and arbitrations, she is experienced in coordinating multidisciplinary teams of experts and lawyers in various jurisdictions, as well as managing the often complex process of collecting the evidence in such matters. She also assists clients in reviewing their internal policies and procedures, in administrative investigations, and with legislative reforms that may affect them.
