Dirk Visser has been practising in all areas of intellectual property law since 1996. He focuses on trade marks, design protection, databases, image rights and copyright. Dirk litigates both for national courts, the Benelux Court of Justice and the European Court of Justice. His clients include publishers, producers, broadcasting corporations, manufacturers and designers of various products, retail corporations, libraries, archives and collective interest organisations. Dirk is also Professor of Intellectual Property Law at Leiden University. Dirk is a strong litigator but at the same time known for his helicopter view and strategic advice.
