Dingpan Lu

Currently serving as Deputy Secretary-General of the Compliance Committee of the Guizhou Bar Association, Standing Council Member of the Energy and Resources Law Research Society under the Guizhou Law Society, Specially Invited Mediator of the Nanming District People's Court, and concurrently holding the positions of Vice President and Secretary-General of the Northwest University Guizhou Alumni Association, as well as Member of the United Front Work Committee of the Guizhou Bar Association. Over the course of her/his practice, she/he has been repeatedly honored with awards such as "Outstanding Professional Lawyer in Civil and Commercial Specialized Fields." With a long-standing focus on civil and commercial litigation and non-litigation legal services, she/he serves as legal counsel to more than ten major enterprises, including Guizhou Construction Investment Group, China Tower Guizhou Branch, and Guiyang Mineral and Energy Investment Group. She/he has provided extensive legal support for key enterprises, major projects, and critical initiatives within the province, and has successfully handled numerous significant and complex cases with notable results. Core practice areas include civil and commercial dispute resolution, construction engineering, as well as project consulting and full-process legal services in the mineral and energy sectors.

现为贵州省律师协会合规专委会副秘书长、省法学会能源资源法学研究会常务理事、南明区法院特邀调解员，并兼任西北大学贵州校友会副会长及秘书长、省律协统战工作委员会委员。执业以来多次获评“民商事专项领域优秀专业律师”等荣誉，长期专注于民商事诉讼与非诉法律服务，担任贵州省建投投资集团、中国铁塔贵州省分公司、贵阳市矿产能源投资集团等十余家大型企业法律顾问，深度参与省内重点企业、重大工程及关键项目的法律支持工作，成功办理多起重大疑难案件，成效显著。核心业务涵盖民商事争议解决、建设工程及矿产能源领域的项目咨询与全过程法律服务。
