He graduated from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics with dual bachelor's degrees in Statistics and Accounting. His career trajectory includes experience in foreign-invested, state-owned, and private enterprises, as well as entrepreneurial ventures, before formally entering legal practice in 2013. Over the years, he has focused extensively on finance, non-performing asset disposition, corporate matters, and major complex dispute resolution, demonstrating rigorous legal reasoning and strong practical analytical skills. He has provided legal services to numerous institutions and enterprises, including Guiyang State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, Guizhou Provincial Highway Bureau, China Construction Bank Guizhou Branch, Guizhou Transportation Construction Group, Wujiang Hydropower, Laoganma, and Caterpillar (China). His notable casework includes the restructuring of Yongqing Instrument & Electric (RMB 300 million), asset identification for Qiansheng Company (RMB 2.8 billion), debt-to-equity swap for Liuzhi Mining Group, multiple mineral resource encroachment and contract disputes with subject amounts exceeding RMB 100 million, and the issuance of medium-term notes for Guizhou Transportation Construction Group (RMB 10.24 billion). By combining litigation and non-litigation strategies, he has repeatedly achieved full recovery of creditor rights or low-cost settlements, effectively safeguarding clients' interests.

毕业于上海财经大学获统计学与会计学双学位。其职业生涯历经外资、国有及民营企业并曾自主创业，2013年正式执业，长期深耕金融、不良资产处置、公司业务及重大复杂争议解决领域，法律思维严谨且善于实战分析。曾为贵阳市国资委、贵州省公路局、建行贵州省分行、贵州交建集团、乌江水电、老干妈、卡特彼勒（中国）等众多机构与企业提供法律服务，成功办理永青仪电改制（3亿）、黔晟资产认定（28亿）、六枝工矿债转股、多起标的逾亿元的矿产压覆与合同纠纷，以及贵州交建中期票据发行（102.4亿）等重大项目，多次通过“诉讼+非诉”组合策略实现债权全额回收或低成本和解，切实维护客户权益。
