Before joining León Cosgrove Jiménez, LLP, Mr. Pérez Ara honed his skills at a prominent international law firm in New York and clerked for the Honorable Kathleen M. Williams, U.S. District Judge for the Southern District of Florida. While pursuing his legal studies at Boston University School of Law, he served as a research assistant to international arbitrator William (“Rusty”) Park and as a teaching assistant for the law school’s LLM writing program.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Pérez Ara worked as a litigation associate at a prominent Venezuelan law firm, where he represented clients before the Constitutional and Political-Administrative Chambers of the Supreme Court of Justice and in trial and appellate courts in commercial, civil, labor, and administrative disputes.

Fluent in Spanish and English, he leverages his multilingual abilities and international experience to represent clients seamlessly across jurisdictions. His pragmatic and results-driven approach ensures that clients receive top-tier representation in every aspect of their disputes.
