Didier Casas

Didier Casas is General Counsel and Secretary General at Bouygues, leading the group’s legal function and corporate secretariat. He was appointed to the role in October 2022, joining the group management committee to oversee its legal affairs. Casas began his career as a Parliamentary Assistant and later served at France’s Conseil d’État before moving into senior legal and general management roles, including leading Bouygues Telecom’s legal and public affairs functions. His remit encompasses corporate governance, regulatory engagement and oversight of legal risk, working with executive leadership.
