Dídac Severino

Corporate M&A, Energy. Dídac specialises in corporate law, particularly in investments and divestments, acquisitions of companies and assets, the creation and dissolution of joint ventures, strategic alliances, corporate restructurings and commercial and business practice. He also participates in capital markets transactions, listings on the stock exchange, IPOs, public offerings and dual-track processes.

Throughout his career, he has advised various types of national and international clients (including corporations, listed companies, financial entities, industry groups, financial investors and various types of funds) on large-scale M&A transactions in various sectors such as the energy, infrastructure, banking, real estate, consumer goods and telecommunications sectors.

Dídac is also an expert on the Asian market, and has advised numerous Asian clients on their investments in Spain.

Dídac Severino joined Pérez-Llorca in 2019 as Partner of the Corporate practice area. Prior to joining Pérez-Llorca, Dídac worked in the Corporate/M&A practice of a prestigious international firm for 13 years, at its Madrid, Barcelona and London offices.
