He has extensive experience in litigation in tax matters, both national and territorial taxes and derived from the application of the transfer pricing regime, as well as in business and family tax planning and due diligence processes.
He has been a professor of tax law at Universidad de los Andes, Universidad del Rosario, Universidad Javeriana and the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá.
He has advised and represented private companies from different economic sectors in tax and customs litigation before the tax authority and before the contentious administrative jurisdiction. These processes involve disputes related to the different national order taxes (Income Tax, VAT) and territorial (ICA, property tax, etc.), as well as those generated by the application of the transfer pricing regime.
