Diana Rodriguez

Diana is counsel in Ogier’s Private Wealth team and a Guernsey Advocate. She advises trustees, beneficiaries, and settlors on the creation and restructuring of trusts and foundations in both family and corporate contexts. On the contentious side, Diana advises on a range of complex matters, including capacity issues, insolvency, vulnerability to asset tracing and beneficiary disputes.

Diana also advises trustees and administrators of pension and employee share incentive schemes. She has served on the technical sub-committee of the Guernsey Association of Pension Providers and maintains a strong interest in Guernsey's charities framework, regularly advising charitable organisations on governance and compliance matters.

Diana is an affiliate member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
