Diana is a partner at the firm and has previously worked as associate and partner at other law firms. Under the ILFA Program, Diana was seconded to the M&A department of Slaughter & May LLP in London and to the London offices of Diageo P.L.C. She has also previously worked under placement at Uganda Breweries Ltd, a subsidiary of Diageo P.L.C.

Diana’s experience includes advising clients from diverse sectors involved in mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructuring, insolvency, capital markets as well as banking and finance transactions. She has served on boards of directors of several companies including one of the financial institutions in Uganda.

Diana holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Makerere University, a Master of Laws Degree from the University of Cambridge (Wolfson College), a Diploma in Legal Practice and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Taxation.
