Julius is the managing partner of the firm. He has extensive local and international finance and corporate law experience. He previously worked as Principal Counsel at the African Development Bank (AfDB) for 8.5 years and at other law firms. His experience includes work over the years on some of the most complex projects across Africa including a number of first-of-a kind and first-in-country projects in several African jurisdictions. In addition to his regular work on banking and project finance transactions , Julius has acted in a number of high-profile corporate and M&A transactions in Uganda particularly for client in the areas of financial services, telecom, infrastructure, agribusiness, energy, technology and industry.

Julius holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Makerere University, a Master of Laws degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a Diploma in Legal Practice.
