Career
Diana is a Romanian qualified lawyer with over 19 years of strong transactional and regulatory experience, focusing on banking, finance and capital markets, financial services, restructuring and insolvency and corporate governance.
Prior to joining Bondoc & Asociatii, Diana was part of a first-tier Romanian law firm.
Diana’s regulatory experience covers the full spectrum of financial services (e.g., payment services, insurance, pensions, e-money) as well as corporate and corporate governance, advising prominent financial institutions, major listed companies, PE funds, as well as FinTech companies.
She assisted in high-profile projects covering all key types of corporate finance projects (from typical syndicated/bilateral lending and hybrid financing to bonds offerings).
She also assisted clients in complex areas including insolvency and restructuring, public M&A, PPP and State aid.
Diana is an active contributor to the improvement of the financial services and corporate governance legislation and co-author of key industry guidelines.
