Career

Derval Walsh is a partner in the firm's Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group. His practice focuses on complex finance and banking disputes, including property acquisition finance, and in oil and gas disputes. Derval works with his clients to resolve their complex, cross-border disputes, whether through litigation, arbitration or any other dispute resolution forum. He has been involved in disputes involving rights in respect of loan notes, securitisations, syndicated loans, sovereign debt and interbank money market debt.
